The Personnel Board plays a big part in helping the students with their problems and attempting to make correct adiustments. The Board, in order to help new students with their problems, sponsors noon sock hops and plans assem- blies for both boys and girls. The new students are given special assemblies to help them get adiusted and to tell them about community life. Mr. Walter Larsh and Miss Mary Howard sponsor the board, and with their fine backing the Personnel Board will always try to make Dorsey students satisfied with their school.
