This Board aids boys with scholastic problems C, and makes corrective adjustments. Members keep the high standards of Dorsey functioning for the male half of Dorsey. As activities they goin the Girls' Board in sponsoring noon-sock hops and plan noon assemblies for boys. For May Day, in order to make the day as enjoyable for the boys as for the girls, they have a pro- gram for the fellows in the auditorium. W' 50: FIRST ROW, left to right: Betty Bouquet, Ardelle Coleman, Jackie Marshall. SECOND ROW: Gail Ruth, Doris Simonian, Kay Daubenberger. To aid girls in their problems and to help them make new friends are the main functions of this board. During each semester they plan activities which the girls will enjoy. Together with the Boys' Board they sponsor noon-sock hops. In the fall they busy themselves present- ing assemblies for the girls. ln the spring May Day is their big event. ,Z .

The Executive Board is composed of all elected student body officers and the president of Knights, president ot Ladies, president of Congress, the Commissioner of Community Ac- tivities, Senior A president, president of California Association of Student Councils, presi- dent of Criterions, l-lead Manager, and the president ot G. A. A. Congress is composed of representatives from each homeroom. The various representa- tives meet to discuss school problems, to suggest action to the Executive Board. The work of the Executive Board this semester has been the adoption of a school in Vienna, Austria. This school, a technological school, will be sent books and supplies by the Dorsey student body.
