Every hour for five minutes the hall is mobbed with clusters of people. They yell hi and giggle a lot. Hugging is a big thing too. Some of these groups of people are large while others have only two or three in them. Any place is a good excuse for meeting your friends such as lockers, on the stairs, waiting for the bus, during fire drills, in after school clubs, anyplace you hear a lot of shrieking and screaming, that's where you'll probably find a friend. t Top left: James Earl Fields and James Shaninghouse find themselves among friends.
