Anthonian Staff The Anthonian staff worked for over a year to plan and complete the revolutionary hardcover yearbook you are now enjoying. We began planning the I 984-85 yearbook in the spring of I984. Students agreed that they wanted a real book with a hardcover, one they could keep on a bookshelf. Ideas for better layouts exploded in our minds, and we conceived of the photo album theme that is developed throughout this book. The fall of l984 found us busy at work taking photographs, doing our summer reflections for the color pages. learning how to plan and design interesting layouts, going to yearbook workshops, writing copy. staying after school sometimes two and three days per week to get our innovative ideas down on paper. Eventually we met our fall deadlines, only to start again on the next sections coming due later. We held fund raisers selling class pictures and candy canes. We promoted the sale of the book with our classmates. Finally, we finished all of it with the help of our two hardworking advisors, Miss Laurie Tyson and Mrs. Corinne Robinson. Now we present it to the Class of '85, hoping you will look through it with delight and appreciation both now and in future years.
