National Honor Society gives tea for teachers. The success of any undertaking depends upon its leader¬ ship. At Surry Central worthwhile activities stem from super¬ vision of capable and influential student leaders who are responsible for informative programs, worthwhile projects, and effective student government. Zeal is the fighting spirit exemplified by our boys in all sports at Central. Each competitor knows the tears of defeat and the cheers of victory. Zeal and determination ride on 7 each punt, free throw shot, swing of the bat, head of a golf club, and toss of a discus.
