Making Magic Work Magic was all in the mix of people who worked together, As applied to the Student Government Association, truer words were never spoken. Under the guidance of spon- sor Michael Cady, working together was what SGA. was all about. During fourth period each day the elected officals of SGA. and their aides worked on class busi- ness and school funcrions such as the fresh- man and sophomore orientation, the bon- fire, spirit week, Homecoming, and Class Nite. In addition to helping students enjoy school a little more, SGA. helped charitable organizations such as Children's Hospital with its can food drive and the Red Cross with its blaodmobiles. The Student Government As- sociation has long carried on a tradition of being the most helpful organization in Sur- rattsville. Due to the excellent sponsorhip of Mr. Cady and the hard work of the elected members of SGA. that tradition has held tight in the 1983-1984 school year, Filsr Row: Jarrod Edge, Randy Rivoire, Kenny llhoad, Isaac Barrie, Danny Hoffman, Dilly Dell, Second Raw: Christine Ababa, Beth Kurowski, Gina Phillips, Belinda Lee, Doreen Revis, Wanda Proctor, Carol Edwards, Cindy Crocker, Shannon lbey, Karen Hodgeg Third Row: Cheryl Worman, Emily Ebling, Lisa Dephillip .ln if.
