The class of 1972 would like to give tribute to t O God: he student body of Sunset H111 We are all children of irony and paradox: In the global village of our world: one family still starves while another ravishes the earth, one family dies of disease while another takes the nobel prize for medical miracles. one family cannot afford peace while another is gutted by war, one family litters space with expensive debris while another fights rats in the cupboard, v. one family laughs in innocence while another weeps in defeat. Our hands do not touch, Our eyes do not see, Our prayers have not yet changed our hearts. Tonight we celebrate our young women, our beautiful, precious young women. As Fathers we have held them close, help us now to let them go, to the ideas that are beyond us, to the new men of their choosing to the families of their making to the tasks of their hearts. Give our daughters the courage to love and nourish all the frightened, lost and broken children of the world, Help them to create a true Family of Man. Amen Warre n Lane Molton
