The 1975 Sundial Staff proudly dedicates this book to a teacher who has devoted 33 years of enthusiastic spirit, knowledge, and warm friendship to Sunset High School. No teacher in this school's history has stayed so long and given so much of himself. Few teachers have commanded the respect and love of so many students through the years. As a teacher, as a coach, as a leader of spirit, as a friend, and a an individual who has gone far beyond what anyone could rightfully expect from a person, this teacher has indeed earned the nickname that so many have given him: Mr. Sunset. Because of what he has given to so many, the 1975 Sundial Staff proudly dedicates this book to J. C. Barnett. S
