Club Studies Teaching Careers The pros and cons of the teaching profession are presented monthly to the Future Teachers Club by selected members of the faculty, chosen and voted on by the club members. The guest speakers usually relate their feelings toward their career, personal incidents, and try to encourage more young people to enter this field. Students Plan Medical Careers Through the Medical Careers Club, students learn about different oppor- tunities in the medical field. They also learn more about the field in which they want to specialize by seeing films, listening to speakers, and taking field trips. G.R.A.'s Perfect kills The Girls Recreation Association is a state organization which tries to increase skills, KNOWLEDGE, and physi- cal ability in all of its members. At school volleyball, basketball, and badminton are favorites, while out- side school, horseback riding, rifle shooting, bowling, and miniature golf are played. State awards are given to members with the highest rate of attendance. Bowling holds a regular place in G.R.A. activities.
