Six Former Teachers FWF In appreciation for her sponsorship of award-winning Junior Classical League con- testants and her true interest in the stu- dents, we recognize Miss Agnes Edwards in this 1965 Sundial. With sincere thanks for the many hours spent coaching the football and track teams to victory and for his exceptional teaching, the 1965 Sundial acknowledges Mr. Byron Rhome. The 1965 Sundial honors a member of the original Sunset faculty, Miss Lucille Stevens, because of her loyal support of the Bisons and her speeches in pep assemblies.

In appreciation for her constant devotion and loyalty to the students of Sunset as a teacher, Senior sponsor, and counselor, the 1965 Sundial honors Mrs. Juanita Presson. nigh A . If K,A1k.AYV y Vi y oi In Memoriam: P. C. Cobb Mr. P.1C. Cohh, renowned teacher and athletic directorfpassed away last summer while on va- cation. tlQlVlr. Cobb began his teaching career in Dallas at Bryan Street High School immediately following World War I. When Sunset was opened in 1925, he was assigned as a member of the original faculty. Following his teaching at Sunset, Mr. Cobb for more than thirty years was the Athletic Director of the Dallas Inde- pendent Schqol District. Cobb Stadium is a living memorial of Mr. Cobb, whom Dallas and Sunset will always remember.
