The objects of this association are to promote the Welfare ot children and youth in home, school, church, and community, to raise the standard ot home liteg to secure adequate laws tor the care and protection ot youth, and to bring into close relation the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the training ot the child and develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure the highest advantages in physical, mental, and spiritual education for every child.
