Acknowledgements Throughout the preparation of this yearbook, many people have helped greatly and have not received thanks. Right now I would like to say thanks to Mr. Hall, Cathy Wong, and Terry Ing for going on their own time to provide pictures. Thanks go to Mr. Bennion at Camera Mart for his quick and efficient processing of pictures. Without his and his staff's help at Camera Mart, this yearbook would be without its memories. In addition , I would like to thank Mr. J. R. Myers for his help and advice in the production of the Sabre. Thanks also to Mr. Eldon Tanner , our consultant from Josten'sfAmerican Yearbook Co. Many people don't realize all the hard work that goes into making a yearbookg they only see the end result. The staff this year has tried something that has been done only once before in the history of the Sabre--they have done the pasting up of the entire book fwith the exception of the introductioni. I would like to express my appreciation to the staff for a job well done. The Sabre has been known for its leadership in trying new ideas in the Santa Clara Valley. This year the staff has come up with several new ideas--mainly due to Mr. Robert Lane's emphasis on originality. I would like to give special thanks now to him, who has constantly guided and supervised the Sabre Staff. Last, I would like to thank you, the students and faculty of Sunnyvale High, for supplying this yearbook with its memories. I hope that by looking back in later years, you will be able to relive good times through these pictures. Linda Chen Editor
