At last we were Seniors, the BIG WIGS of SHS. We were adults, and yet, teen-agers. It was our year to really enioy Sunny-Hi. Class pictures and books became mingled with dreams of commencement and diplomas. For us it has not been all work, fun and good times such as the prom and frosty nights at football games, have been an integral part of our school life. Ahead lies commencement and then . . .? We are proud of the past but it is already receding into misty memories. From the status of lowly portals to the glamor of being Seniors, all are here, we have shared our love, laughter, fears, and aspirations. lt is with deep regret that we take leave of our high school companions. lt is our hope that the underclassmen who are following in our wake will know the joys of achievement and advancement that we have known at Sunny-Hi. A phase of life has ended. The bright dawn gradually breaks to reveal tomorrow-the future. Senior Class officers will go to any means to get money for their treasury. CLASS GF 1966 Miss Tracey Mr. Glendenining The Class ot 66 has some very high spirited otticers. Our president, Bill Bennett, is a guy who's always on the ball. He won many outstand- ing awards, including a trip to New York City. Our vice-president is Ken Riggins, he's our personality boy. Anal our secretary is Marla Newhouse, a pretty natural blonde, who enjoys her work very rnuch. The Junior Class has contributed a lot to the football season, mainly because of the good players. Three girls, Linda Bauerle, Leslie Jones, and Diane Schwab are going to Girls' State. Bill Bennett, Dale Gibson, Wayne Lewis, and Eric Schil- peroort were chosen tor Boys' State.
