While we are anlic- ipaling i'I's rising again on ihe greaiesi' of all scenes, which people call Life, le+ us review again in memory The sleps we have climbed io- geiher +o reach 'lhis climax, our graduaiion. In l93I we were The firsf class 'ro occupy fhe freshman rooms in ihe Fourih rWard building. James Leeser was eleciecl preside-ni. A Hallow- e'en Parry in fhe fall and a S+. Pa'l'riclc's pariy in ihe spring were ihe brighi' spois of ihe year. The 'rerm compleied, we awai+ecl ihe coming year wi+h 'fasl'-bearing hearis, because i+ would mean our ioining 'l'he upper classmen in lhe Senior High School building. We began our second year under 'rhe leader- ship o'F Charles Moorhead. The iirsi Masque ancl Wig, drama+ic club lSophomorel, was or- ga-nizecl by Miss Mary Royer. Our class pariy in JANET CURRY ROBERT BECKMAN Advisors x Page sixfee v. -.IL . February was our chief social funcfion during fhaf year. Commencing fhe Junior ferm, we were now upper classmen in earnesf. The Thirfeenfh Chair, our fhrilling class play, direcfed by Miss Grace Sfohler will nof soon be forgoffen. Throughouf fhe year we were well represenfed in all fhe school acfivifies, fhe Frill and Frown being our dramafic circle. Mosf imporfanf of all fhe funcfions in our high school career was our glorious Prom, +ha+ gala evening when we fefed fhe deparfing Seniors fo fhe ufmosf of our abilify. When we af lasf acfually became Seniors, Charles Moorhead was chosen our Presidenf for fhe fhird fime. Whaf a relief if was fo hear fhaf fhose dreaded exams would nof be a feafure of our lasl' year in high school. We enjoyed a successful year on fhe gridiron under fhe Cap- faincy of Beans Riffer, and also on fhe courf wifh John Cree and Whifey Eisfer as leaders. The Class Play direcfed by Mr. Richard Abboff, and an opereffa under fhe supervision of Miss Reed were fhe year's dramafic highlighfs for us. Wifh fhe arrival of Farewell Chapel and Com- mencemenf, we realize fhaf our high school ca- reer is nearing ifs close. We are only one of fhe many classes who have graduafed and who will graduafe from fhis school, buf we hope we shall nof be forgoffen by fhose who knew us, and asso- ciafed wifh us daily as we experienced fhose four wonderful years of high school life. -A.
