We are in the midst of a period where education and the achievements of the intellect are esteemed and pursued as in no other age. Many of you will enter college, others will find places in a variety of occupation- al fields, and some will serve our country in the military service. It is our hope that, during the years you have been with us, we have been able to assist you in developing the skills and abilities which you will find are necessary for solving the new and different problems which will confront you in the days to come. Yours has been an outstanding class. We think you have ap- plied yourselves well and have tried to take full advantage of your opportunities. But do not feel that now you can rest on your laurels. Continue to look for ways of improving yourselves. If you do, I am confident that each of you in his own way will be successful. ZQZ.-mf 72 di'7fCfL'w'77
