Junior Football High The boys playing on the grade school team will some day be the boys playing on the varsity and reserve teams in years to come, and the Sumner school has believed that the boys should have some athletics while still in grade school. Mr. B. W. Stafford coached the boys in football and Mr. Leonard Garlick is coaching the basketball team. The grade school played only one game this year and that was against the Pleasanton grade school. The small Trojans were defeated by the large margin of 46 to 6. While only playing one game the boys still practiced twice a week and learned the funda- nfientals of the game.
