During the school year Shirley Osborne, Sherrell Perry, and Francis Cook moved, One class party was held at Boalls Skating Rink at Olneyy We ended the year with an enrollment of twenty-four students. R Treas.---Carolyn Palmer Reporter --------- Joanne Lathrop Glass Advisors---Mr. Iftner, Mr. Courtright - When the school bells rang on September 2, 1950, there were 'twentyLtwo ,sophomores enrolled. Our class party, a hayride and weiner roast was held at Red Hill State Park. Sgfgral members-of 9up'c1a3S.participated in basketball and music. Only one student dropped out of our class. The junior class en- joyed a skating party on February 6, at Beal's Skating Rink at Olney. On May 9, the junior class presented their play, HThe all American Familyu. High salesman in our magazine sale was Frank Weiss. Our class sponsored the Junior-Senior Banquet which was centered on L Gypsy Caravanv. On August 29, 1952, twenty seniors entered Sumner High School looking forward to the graduation in May. On September 12, everyone went to Zed Hill to a party held in honor of the freshmen. The class play, nLitt1e Miss Somebody,n was held on November 20. It was a great success. On April 14, the senior class attended Career Day which was held at Lawrenceville High School. Severel members of the class visited the University of Illinois on Visitation Dey, April 16. On May 16, our class e.nij Qty e df the UGrand Ole Opryn at Nashville, Tennessee. -E Elmer Marshall will speak on HRosd to Happinossn at the commencement on May 29.
