Ski Club We got organized in the first part of the school year. We elected our officers as follows: President ---------------------------------- Robert Nelson Vice-President --------------------------- Gordon Sampson Secretary -------------------------------- -Karen Armstrong Treasurer ----------------------------------- Leroy Dodge Sponsor ------------------------------------- -James Lytle Our first activity was a dance for all the school members. It proved most successful and an enjoyable time was experienced by all. The next project involved the flooding of the ice skating pond as well as the repairing of the ski tow and of clearing the ski course. Both the Ice Skating Rink and the Ski Course were made available for anyone to use.

The following girls were elected cheerleaders: Alice Prestrud, Donna Porsberg, Darlene Slavin, and Ianice Forsberg. The cheerleaders wore gold corduroy skirts, white sweaters with green emblems, and white shoes. Members in the Pep Club wore gold sweaters with green emblems and black skirts. The Pep Club sponsor ls Mr. DuBridge. Money-making projects the club sponsored were: bake sales, selling stickers, and projects still in the planning process. l-'or our home games this year, we put on drills which were planned by our drill leader, Margaret Enyeart 30
