The Girls' Glee Club participated in the Christmas program by singing Gesu Bambino Rocking, White Christmas and Walking in a Wonderland as the opening numbers. The grade school put on the play, Why the Chimes Rang. The Girls' Chorus took part in a candlelight procession closing the program. They are working toward the Gore League Music Festival, which will be held here this year. They al so took part in the P. T. A. Variety Show. - At the end of the year they will take part in Commencement and Baccalaureate. is G

A BOTTOM ROW: Darlene Slavin, Sonja Ashlock, Joan Williams, Alice Prestrud, Alice Harris Margaret Enyeart, Pat Vinson, Mrs. Slovak. At the beginning of the school year we organized our Pep Club. Our officers are as follows: Pre sident ------ -- Vice-Pre sident Secretary ----- Treasurer- - - Joan Williams Alice Prestrud Donna Goss Ida Carr Our cheerleaders were elected by the whole student body. They were sleeveless, and were mostly green except that they had gold tights and white shoes. The Pep Club also had outfits alike this year. We all bought sweaters alike and wore black skirts. They helped to improve the appearance of our Pep Club at games. The Pep Club undertook two money-making projects this year. They sold stickers for cars and had a bake sale. Our sponsor is Mrs. Slovak. The Pep Club is proud of our team and will show their pride by going to games and by helping Our team to win.
