During the year we were happy to welcome Eleanor Garcia, Sandra Comstock and Charles Suniga, but were sorry to say Good-bye to Neil Erdmann. These students deserve a great deal of credit for their part in the Christmas program. Several parties were planned by the students for Halloween, Christmas and Va1entine's day. Everyone enjoyed them.

Another picnic has been tentatively scheduled for the end of the school term. After-school frolics included sledding and tobogganing on the ball park hill. Several times chili con carne was served to warm the athletes. The seventh and eighth graders plan to attend the Colorado Young Citizens League Conven- tion to be held in Denver early in the spring. Junior High School sports have helped round out a full year of activity. The softball and basketball teams have worked very hard and should be commended on their fine work. Money-making plans have worked out very well this yearg and the class has sufficient funds for their annual trip to the C.Y.C,L. convention in Denver. Junior High room mothers--Mrs. Walter Enyeart, Mrs. William Bersonnet and Mrs. A. W Lowery--have been extremely helpful in planning parties and picnics.
