' T-IAVE HEART This year Standards Four, Five, and Six performed The boys Take Over Christmas! In this heart-warming play the Toymaker fMelinda I-layesl creates many realistic dolls which can play, talk, and think. The only thing they can not do is love. The Toymaker is very selfish about them, and refuses to sell even one to the customers ll-leather Fath and Lindsey Toddj. His plans are foiled when he fashions Sunny fAllison Verdeberl. She starts a rebellion with all the dolls except one clown fEurie Leej. Finally, they discov- er hearts in a locked trunk and all receive one, including the unwilling Toymaker and clown. Then the Christmas Spirit 1Theresa Ruthmanj appears and everyone feels the true joy of Christmas. Moving renditions were contribut- ed by Standards Four, Five, and Six dancers and singers, and the Stan- dards Seven and Eight Chorus, which performed the traditional carols and cheerful Christmas songs. - Regina Miesle Right - A doll 1Becky Algeniol forces the toymaker tlvlelinda Hayesj to have a heart Above - The Christmas Spirit tTheresa Ruthmanl singing An Old Fashioned Christmas .
