SE lllll UHIIIEHS eff CLASS COLORS Green and Whlte C LASS FLOWER CLASS MOTTO Thru Bolts and Bats Up to the Stars PRESIDENT W1111amCarr1er VICE PRESIDENT Patr1c1aGat.hers SECRETARY Marhne Huffman TREASURER Betty Spare CLASS HISTORY ln T950 we began our hugh school career In Room 2 as' little green Freshmen We faced the day of Initiation like brave little soldiers and after it was over it wasn't as bad as we had anticipated Serving as officers were William Carrier President, Mary Smith Vice President, Shirley Miller Secretary and Robert McGregor Treasurer We started building a treasury by having a skating party We entered our Sophomore year a little more learned than during earlier experiences We further developed our bankroll by having a Halloween dance a square dance and a skating party The class officers were President William Carrier, Vice President Marlene Huffman, Secretary Shirley Freedlme, Treasurer Robert Keck After months and months of patient waiting for our class rings, we finally received them in our Junior year. The highlights of the year Included a magazine sale, the class play a sale of salt water taffy, a Sadie Hawkin's Dance, and the Prom and Banquet. William Carrier served as President, Shirley Freedline as Vice President, Marlene Huffman as Secretary, and John Mills as Treasurer. Finally came the year we have been anticipating some sadly, others gladly our Senior year. ln preparation for the traditional trip to Washington, we staged a play, sold cards, and sponsored a gay carnival. The unforgettable event of the year was Graduation.
