James Doverspike and Hope Hummel were elected Editors, 2 Sally Swartz and Barbara Walker Assistant Editors, and Mary Lee Minich Q and Shirley Hildebrand, Business Managers. We established an office E and soon were busy on arranging our book. Employed a photographer and 1 soon pictures were being taken. The typist really have the work to do 2 setting up their machines in order to space the typing to fit the pictures 2 mistakes came easy, but with Bernice Neiswonger, head typist, and Jane 3 Anthony and Thelma Drayer her assistants, everything turned out fine. 5 After the typing came the pasting of the pictures. That was pretty good, except that all pictures had to be straight and that was quite a A job . ff We wanted something original and so asked Pauline Allegretto if she f would print some headings on our pictures. She agreed, and a fine job 1 she did too. y The deadline for the yearbook was set for February 15th so it was 5 just rush, rush, rush! E Interviews to be made, poems to write, stories to be gotten, class 2 histories to dig up etc. Q Our school is not too large, so filling a yearbook was quite difficult g but we finally managed this one. 5 Mistakes and all, it was fun working on the WTomahawk' and we hope 9 that once a yearbook is started in our school it will be continued. 5 For our first yearbook, we think this one is quite nice and we wish 9 to thank Mr. Wolford and Mr. Corliss and all those who co-operated in 2 making the WTomahawkN what it is. 3 3 - 2 A , mummy' :1umuMm . w'Q-nam .- i, , n o MM...
