About seventy five per cent of the Senior Class customarily makes a trip to the nation's capital in the early spring. Above left T958 Seniors pre sent tokens of appreciation to their bus drivers, Right, the Seniors stopped at Natural Bridge to eat lunch. Foreward, The Class of '59 More than a hundred young men and women are nearing the end of a great adventure. They are the remainder of more than two hundred students who en- rolled at Sullivan High in September, 1955. Today, tomorrow, or the next day they will move out into the world seeking a full and happy lite. Their four years' training at Sullivan has well prepared them to meet the challenges which modern lite surely holds. These young people have something to give to the world. They bring hope and courage and keen bright minds. They are full of enthusiasm and vigor, they are determined the world shall long remember them, they want to make this planet iust a little better for their having been here. These young men and women have not set easy goals. To accomplish them will mean hard work and grim determination-Sullivan has taught them that. As graduates of Sullivan High School, they have experienced a period of association with the great of the past and the realities of the present, with ideals and men that guide and inspire. The class of T959 looks forward with the confidence that they will succeed. They are not at an end, but they are approaching a beginning. A beginning to a world that will surely experience revolutionary changes. What these changes will mean is a great mystery, but these young men and women are determined that this revolution will be used to build a better lite for all mankind.
