I . was 0 A-Z0 We as seniors on the 3rd day of September 1945 look back oyer the three preyuous years of our hugh school career On the day we entered Sulluyan Hugh School un our Freshman year we thought everyone was w atchung us whereyer we went and we were afraud of eyeryone The yery thought of beung a Fresh un hugh school gaye us a thrull one whuch we ll remember as long as we luxe In thus year there were two hundred and twenty nune of us on the road seeking knowledge When our sophomore year began many had fallen from our ranks because of the lack of zeal for knowledge Since we realu7ed that labor conquers all thungs the more ambutuous ones remained Ar the beginning of thus year there were one hundred and sixty seyen stull hang ng, on to our caraian This year begunnung September 7 1944 brought thungs whuch were more realustuc to us and we had some Jolly good tumes sunce we were now Jolly Juniors During the year came the Junior Senior banquet wuth the Junuors as hosts Due to the fact that December l3 l044 In March we Juniors receuy ed our class rungs Oh' we had labored eley en long years for that luttle puece of metal to be un our possession wuth our unutuals engrayed on the unsude How proud we were to wear these things' Then near the close of the year the Junuor class gave a play whuch wuth the assistance of the sponsors went over very beautifully Then' The end of school' Thus meant a three months yacatuon My' How we had yearned for thus day to come and our thurd year of hugh school to be at an end After the three months vacation we once agaun entered the old famuluar halls of Sullivan Hugh School The summer whuch should have been a happy one was nothung but a sultry and lonesome peruod of longing to be wuth the old gang and to see our friends agaun There was also a senuor pucnuc at the first of school Though there were nunety sux of us only eighty seven of us attended the get together We agaun presented a play December 15 1945 The name of thus presentatuon was A Hus band For Sale Our goal reached' We are now senuors' Thus feelung that we have us nothung we had expected we do not want to part from our friends Some of the boys wull go unto seryuce after graduatuon some wull go to college and others wull work thus us too much for us we do not want to part but the tume has come and our school days are almost oyer To our teachers and pruncupal for rheur helpfulness and contunued unterest un us we express our thanks and our gratitude Although the curtaun us falling on the hustory of the Class of 46 un realuty the Bug Parade us just commencung Z ,X 4 , f ' , ' ' y v V ie A ' ' ' W ' ' ' .
