SLEEPS IT OFF! The new world champion sleeper, Allen Ballou, broke the ten year record yesterday, by sleeping a total of 1,999,999 hours, and 59 minutes. FINISHES NEW MOVIE The rising star, Clark Grabel, better known back home as Burt Howe, just finished his first full length movie Class Ring for GMG. OPENS NEW SCHOOL The famous dancing instructor, Robert Humphrey, is planning to make a personal appearance at the opening of the first Bob Humphrey Dancing Studio in Sullivan. CHIEF CELEBRATES Chief Justice Donald Reese celebrated his sixth anniversary as a mem- ber of the Supreme Court at a dinner given in his honor at the Tatler Hotel. DEV ELOPS NE W TOY Franklin Allgire, president of the J. U. N. K. Toy Company, has in- vented a new toy for Senior boys to put in their pockets, a collapsible baseball bat. COOL FEET For the prevention of hot feet, Mr. Juston Jones has developed the first air-conditioned cowboy boots. MCCONNELL RUNS Tom McConnell has just consented to run as candidate for the position of Governor of Ohio, on the Georgettes party ticket. ALIC E VISITS PLUTO Rocket Pilot Alice McC laflin, just arrived in the states after making a successful landing on the planet Pluto. STRONGMEN DOWNED BY GLASS Larry Keilor, strongman in the Darnimun Dailey Circus is laid up in the hospital after a glass of water dropped on his big toe.
