Most of you are completing your second year as students of East High School. During this time, each of you has contributed to the success of the school program, and I believe that each of you has profited from your associa- tion as classmates and friends. This yearbook, The Patriot 1970, is a result of your efforts, and it is indicative of what you can achieve. I am sure you will be proud of this yearbook and that it will be the source of many fond memories during the coming years. As you reflect on your school days at East High, I trust you will do so with pride and satisfaction and with a feeling that your experiences at East High were worthwhile and contributed much to your success as parents and citizens.
