Sfudenfs Governmenf Acfivifies Vary The 1958-1959 Student Council, sponsored by Mrs. Pryde, has contributed much to the mutual co-operation of the administration, students, and faculty members. President Leon Buddy Pollock resided over the coun- cil during the past and eventful year. Other otlicers were as follows: Anthony Ranere, vice president, Mary K. Richardson, recording secretary, Linda Gray, cor- responding secretaryg Carol Fuller, Treasurer, and Lynn Hollabaugh, sergeant at arms. Among the many activities sponsored by the Council were the Get Acquainted Dance and Tea, l'lomecoming Parade, Sadie Hawkins Dance, and the Toys for Tots Drive, in co-operation with the United States Marine Corps Reserves. The highly successful Red Cross drive, in which more than S175 was collected, was also under the Council's watchful eyes.
