We of the junior class this year think we have just as good a class prom committee and advisor as any preceding class. The really big event of the year was the banquet we had for the Seniors, with the prom afterward. The dec' orations were super as always. Our theme was Spring, accentuating the Maypole. We had a big one in the center of the gym with pale rose, leaf green, yellow, and white streamers going out, all over the room. The tables echoed the Maypole motif, the pastel streamers leading to each placement There were candles and lovely bouquets on the tables The side decor ation was a garden background with a glade effe t created by diamond patterned green crepe paper Of course we all ate like glut tons The food was delicious itself without the flauoring of fellowship and fun First Row Chairman Pat Cwrimrn Nan y Morrison Garnet l-leffernar Mary Shtndledecl-:er Sc ond Row Charles C ughlan Harold Ward lim Brannon Mae Rey nolds loin Trnclcr Violet Netzlcr hird Row Rainier Baltzell Keith Smith Cha les Haun Marilyn Masters Earl Krepp ludy ODay Fourh Row Dick Clark Donna Klirz larry Klinger Mary fslazelton Mary lang Spenser The orchestra was more dreamy than any one we ever had at Rocky Grove All in all the prom was a super success This year we haveawonderful advisor Mrs MacMaster who seemed to be interested in our activities This year has seemed to us to be one of our busiest years in school lt seems to me we have been dire tly or indirectly connected with everything which has gone on in school The prom was our biggest worry but now that it is over we can think of nothing in the future to worry us The play also was a worry but even that went off without a hitch So now we can start dream ing about our next and last year when be shall be seniors 'I PF ISGS rnarann 9 , C t T 3 , AC f , -, - , ' .
