SMYTH-BLAND REGIONAL LiBRARY MARION, VIRGINIA The Student Cooperative Association, the governing body of the school, includes the entire student body of Sugar Grove High School. Its purpose is to promote citizenship, self-improvement, leadership, and better co-operation among students, teachers and the community. This year the association sponsored a Christmas decorations contest, continued the sale of school pennants, and sponsored a drive to raise funds for Christmas tree decorations which will be used in years to come for the enjoyment of both the school and the community.
