THE PRESIDENTS MESS A GE May I extend to you, the graduates of the Class of 1964, my most sincere con- gratulations . Now that you are about to leave Suffolk, I have certain definite hopes for you. I hope that as a result of your studies here you are better qualified to take your place in the working community . I hope that the ideals and standards instilled in you by the Faculty will help you to make decisions that will be beneficial to your city, to your state, and to your nation . I hope that as a result of your participa- tion in school activities you will be better able to assume the civic responsibili- ties now so encumbent on all good citizens . Finally, I hope that the many good friends you have made at Suffolk will be a source of great strength and pleasure to you through the years . If my hopes for you are fulfilled, you may be sure that your efforts at Suffolk University have been justified and that your years ahead will be most fruitful . Sincerely, Dennis C.
