It seems as if everything went wrong that night. I expected my Senior Prom to be perfect ' These were the words of discouragement uttered by Brenda Sal¬ mon. Expectations of anything less than a night of perfection just will not do. Ner¬ vousness and excitement fill the air as cou¬ ples, transformed into stars for one night, become the objects of camera bulbs and early gossip. Months of preparation are forgotten as tonight ' s stars are treated royally. Who will ever forget the floor show given by the Sophomores or the dance led by the Prom King and Queen? It is the end of hard work for some, the payment due to others. Prom night memories seem to lin¬ ger forever. One thing is for certain - It was a night full of FANTASY!
