My name is Rafael Urio Rodriguez. Since I was a little child, I wanted to travel and visit foreign countries. I have been very lucky, because I have been able to visit several countries: Spain, France, Por¬ tugal, England, Ireland, North Africa and the United States. A year and a half ago, my father talked to me about going to the USA with a foreign exchange program and I thought the idea was great. My mother didn ' t like it at all. But here I am visiting the United States and I ' m only 17 years old. I think this experience is great. I like Suf¬ folk High School very much and all the people of the city. When I go back to Madrid, I am going to miss all my new friends very much. Many peo¬ ple think an exchange program is a difficult experience. But for me, it hasn ' t been hard because I have adapted to the American ways of living very well. (I still don ' t like ham¬ burgers.) It is going to be ex¬ tremely hard when I will have to say goodbye to SHS and my friends. I am very pleased and happy with the people who have given me their friendship and their help during my stay. I want to say to the teachers, the students, and my friends... Thank You For Everything 13
