DediCiOttzoiv “Quisque dat optimum pro bono omnium.” This is truly Miss Virginia Brinkley’s personal motto as she has given her best to better and further the work of S. H. S. One of the students’ favorite teachers, Miss Brinkley has also worked endlessly on The Peanut as business sponsor for many years. She is known throughout the school for her wonderful sense of humor and outstanding teaching ability. We jointly dedicate the Thirty-fifth Volume of The Peanut to Miss Virginia Brinkley with a deep sense of gratitude for all she has done for us. Excellent teacher + dependability + keen wit + knowing smile + someone in whom you can confide + someone always “busy as a bee” = our one and only Mrs. Ann H. Burton, to whom we jointly dedi¬ cate the Thirty-fifth Volume of The Peanut. Having worked so hard and faithfully as Editorial Sponsor of The Peanut for so many years, she decided to “take a vacation.” The Annual Staff will always have a place in their hearts for such an outstanding person.
