They gave up so much for me to attend this school that I can never repay them. I love you both very much. Thank you also to all my brothers and sisters, and all my relatives, who gave me the support and encouragement I needed to make it this far. I also want to thank Hank Stone for being such a great roommate. As for my experiences here, some were good, some were bad, but I rarely regret them. So long, Subi. Wied National Merlt Scholarship Commendation Perlscope: 12 English Gold Medal: 11 Tony Witkowski Ill 13532 Flagstone Lane Dallas, TX 75240 12141239-1148 I have learned a lot up here on the Hill. It's a great place to get your head on straight and find out where you really want to go. To the Freshmen and Sophomore classes this year and of the future yearsg don't let anyone decide or change your mind for you about anything you feel sure about. You can do or get anything you really want. To the entire faculty, thanks. To Fr. Jerome, Br. Tobias and Br. Joel, I think that you three care more about the students than anybody else. Daniel Warmack 3915 Free Ferry Fort Smith, AR 72903 15011782-1041 My years at Subiaco have been rewarding ones. I can now look back on my past three years with greater appreciation of the dedicated monks and teachers who made it possible for me and who will make it possible for many others. However, the class of 83 must look to the future and what it holds for us. We will be the adults ofa new generation and the future is in our hands. We must seek our position in life and perform it to the best of our abilities. John Zeiler 2805 South 34th Ft. Smith, AFI 72903 l501l 646-4439 Thanks to Mr. Pibb, and some great friends, A I h d ' hr h ' ll ave ma e it t oug my senior year I would like to thank my Mom and Dad and also express my love for the both of them. If it wasn't for their constant encouragement, I would not have worried about how I did up here on the Hill. Uncle Chris, Uncle Emiel and Grandpa, I don't quite know how to thank you, but you helped me more than you realize. L t B BF. JZ of 83 Brought together by God, we have enjoyed together a brief moment in the circle of life. As Freshmen, as Sophomores, as Juniors, and finally as Seniors, we have learned to live. We have laughed, we have cried, we have stood up in victory, we have fallen in defeat, but always, always together. And now, on the verge of tomorrow, let us stand as in unity. From the earth's four corners we came, many: after 12 quarters we go, bound together as Trojans. Each of us must go, following our own path, and perhaps we will meet again. For though the world is large, as friends we make it small. 38
