American Field Service The American Field Service administers a program of student exchange between foreign countries and the United States. i New York families act as hosts to foreign students from such diverse countries as Bolivia, Australia and Malaysia. As part of their exposure to American values and ways of life, these students visit and par- ticipate in high school Social Studies and Language classes.
