NELSON SPICER: President EARL DAUGHERTY OLIVER RAGLAND RALPH WILSON: Vice President EARL HAMMONS LEO SMITH MARK TOWNSEND The Stuttgart School District No. 22 Board of Education is composed of seven mem- bers chosen from the qualified voters of the district. The board represents the people in the operation of the public schools and acts in an advisory capacity to the superin- tendent in the administration of the school program. The board acts as a policy-malo ing body for the schools of the district, and has executive authority over the entire administration and operation of the school system.
