In a few years you will realize that the friends you have in high school are very dear to you. It is my wish for you that as you acquire information and skills in your high school work that you may also lay up a rich supply of friends of your high school days. Since time always passes as quickly, I would admonish you to see that it is used as wisely as possible. we cannot change our past, nor can we draw upon the future, but the proper use of the present can be the foundation of successful and happy living. Realizing preparation today. Take think--it is the source happiness. Take time to serve and you will ease these things, let us challenge tomorrow with thoughtful time to look--it may be the price of success. Take time to of power. Take time to play--it is the secret of perennial read and study--it is the way to happiness. Take time to the common load of man. Observing these precepts today, surely you shall reach your rightful destinies tomorrow and that is what I wish most for each of you. Sincerely yours, W. C.
