P nislihais ' l As I sit here daydreaming, my mind turns to a time eleven years ago when forty-eight little tots, spurred on by their love of their parents, l boarded the train call-ed Education for a trip into the Land of Knowl- Wfl edge. , . fi Years spedsby and the little tots found themselves in th-e eighth of 1 .. l these wonderful lands. While here one of the members of the party dis- W ' tinguished 'herself as a Declaimer, by winningg in a declamatory contest A held between the Seventh and Eighth of these Lands. ill When the Eighths of these Lands had been passed through, they .5 l changed from Education to a bigger, better train for an adventure into E mi T High School Lands. The first Land reached was the Freshman. T'he Q I mountains of Latin, Algebra and others w-ere safely traversed. y 4 ll The Second year this party provided new lights for the stage., And M now, this our third year is drawing to a close. Wie have almost com- M pleted our exploration of J unilorland, and have won many honors during 4 this year, of which we are proud. We have won in the-Declamatory L 5,, Contest, have produced a successful play, and though little difficulties p L have arisen on our voyage, they have only better prepared us for the 1, larger obstacles in life, and if possible, we are going over without de- l feat.
