When l'm on stage I become that person and nothing, not even the sounds l may hear from the audience, brings me bask to myself until the fantasy is over and the curtain tdown. Playing 'Linda' in The Impossible Years was thef' st rewarding experience I have ever had in my Iile. Thee Varacter was so opposite of me, yet in some ways so 'iQmiIar,4 that sometimes it was even hard for e to teyfif iitxwas. 'Linda' or Sherry that was a slob, was terror in school, or a brat to her parents. l'm sor- ry tha 'my career as 'Linda Kingsley' is over. I became very fond of her during rehearsals.
