Governing Body Dur-ng the past year if approved application to a local chapter ot Ouill and Scroll, presented an assembly to spark the Welfare Drive, sold plastic book covers in school colors, sponsored a noon-day dance, and as- sisted in raising funds to purchase new band uniforms. Rich Scott and Carol Kent, together with Mr. DeNardo, were sent to the State Convention held at Kennett Square. The group selected Martha Coblentz as repe resentative to the Driver Education Conference at Edin boro. The Council, in all its endeavors ancl in the many ways it serves, continues to enjoy increasing respect through its democratic procedures and student participation. l l l ' A . ti 1 I Student Council is advised in its work by teachers with broad ex perience in student government.
