Supervising Our Program Charged With This Faculty is continuously concerned with the improvement of its educative services. VW, the teachers, rejoice with parents when our pupils or graduates do well. We seek the causes of a pupil's failure to do as well as his record here has predicted. We scan reports from colleges and from employers to locate strengths and weaknesses in the preparation of our students. Follow-up studies made of our graduates one year after graduation are helpful in our evaluation of our efforts. Finally, the evalu- ation of our schools as provided by a committee of educators sent here by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools serves to guide us in our search for improvement. Continuous improvement. in services and school plant, together with cooperative revision of curriculum offerings, make Strong Vincent a better school in which to live and learn. 9 HAMILTON C. GILLICSPIE, A B A M Principal
