Secondly, it serves as a memen to of the many good times you hnd visiting foreign countries and working alongside yolu- fellow crew members on a fine ship. The STRONG sailed to Gefmgny in August and extensively throughout the Mediter- ranean from October to Febllraly, participe ting in mnjor fleet exer- cises, and fleet replenishnents in conjunction with lznits of the United Sta tes Fleet and NATO Forces. We had many challenging deffnnds placed upon Us, but in all, your individual and te-Sun performance held high the great esteem I have for you.
