IIN COMPUTERS New classes Computers are the instru- ments of the future and to be able to keep up with the future, one must take a computer course. Many students have realized this and more students than last year are taking courses such as computer math, computer sci- ence and data processing. Even though some people think learning how to use a com- puter is hard, it really isn ' t. It ' s like anything new; you have to get used to it, said Amanda Gonzales, senior. In computer math, stu- dents are taught math con- cepts on a Radio Shack TRS 80. Computer science is something different. Stu- dents are taught how to program in Pascal on IBM computers. With computer experience, one can be pre- pared to face any job in the future. All students should be exposed to computers, Sonja Wolf, computer teacher, said.
