The ploy, centered oround o young couple, Tony ond Alice who foil in love, deals with the comical problerris caused by the couple ' s fomllies, who ore completely opposite. Tony ' s family is wealthy and sophisticated; Alice ' s family| is full of eccentric individuals who, together, come ocross as wocky and slightly odd.
