shs-a school containing a million stories-and all of them could have a picture to tell it. some pictures are grey but others are bursting with bright, vivid colors full of life and feeling some pictures are sad, full of meloncholy and depression, and their stories reflect this feeling. some pictures are crazy, nutty pictures of someone who wanted to be his own person-and do his own thing. some pictures are full of sincerity or laugh- ter or thought. all pictures reflect life at that time at that place. and every picture tells a story-don't it? ,Q ,+. 1 4. fc A up r 1 1 t..., - 4 . , ., .. AROUND Tl-IE TONIGHT seniors-ray yedinak Sr. lisa cahill ho hum! another boring year at shs begins. filling out those stupid 3 by S index cards. teach- ers sizing up students. students sizing up teachers. trying to tig- ure out who's who. kids wander- ing down the hall, seeing new faces, bewildered freshman, bored seniors. who are all those new people? then, finally there's a dance to fmd out. student council sponsors the annual get acquainted hop, a time to get to know the kids-and also a chance to vote on a king dt queen. will it be: joe Sz michelle? dan 8: janice? dude 8. marsha? ray 8: lisa? the votes are counted and the class of '74 reigns for its 3rd straight year. ray and lisa are crowned king dr. queen. and most everyone's made a new friend. get acquainted hop- making the onslaught of another year a little more bearable. 16 .6-'A -els-. f .
