Eddie set the record in the White Water Valley Conference by running the mile in 4:40. 1. By placing second in the Sectional Q4g37. 9y, Eddie became eligible to run in the Regional where he placed fifth 14:33. Sy. During the season, Eddie gathered a total of 92 points. He was voted Most Valuable Track Man. Eddie remained undefeated in the mile and was beaten only once in the half-mile.
