We are in the midst of Development — materially, socially, mentally. Each of us has made Observation, throughout the year, of the Renovation and building of our physical environment. We may not have had any Awareness of the Growth within ourselves. We have Advanced in knowledge of life, and have Improved socially. We have Risen in self-understanding, and have Gained ground mentally. Progress is a component of life, but Progression is directed. Without aim, nothing Makes headway. Our Success depends on the Direction in which we set out sights, And on the goals which motivate us.
