So iA L S' 1’131 Miss Paris checks another notebook. Social studies temporarily united us with the his- torical past of the world, as well as with that of our nation. We examined philosophies and ideologies, and the boundaries within which civilizations moved. Finally, we studied the problems of the present, of imminent concern to us, discovering that these were inseparable from the events which preceded them. We will hope to fuse that past and present into a blend of hope and peace for the future.
