The 1951 edition of the TORCH brings to you in review the school year that is closing, depicting many of the personalities and events of the year. My wish is that it may serve to stimulate us to look to the future. Every opportunity that has been given you this year thru the kind indulgence of a community in planning to prepare its young people to live that they may better serve is the heritage that is yours. That your life may be fullerg that you may find your place in a world disturbed by World War II and the Korean and European events that may lead again to a third global conflictg that you may in turn plan to build your own life and security for yourself and othersg are the ends toward which we have worked.
